We are looking for an agency/freelancer to create Facebook Ads campaigns for our free webinars that target parents living in the US and Canada (and other English-speaking countries, further down the line).
We are looking for an agency/freelancer who already has a lot of experience in North America and can demonstrate outstanding results they’ve had in the past. Ideally, you have achieved these results in a field similar to ours.
Our objectives are clear and simple. Though simple doesn’t mean that it’s easy.
In our first month of collaboration, we’ll be holding a free webinar every week. Our trainers are native English-speakers and these webinars are a full-on learning experience from the first minute to the last, despite us offering them for free. People who have taken part tell us that they’ve not found better webinars than ours. Even paid ones.
For each of these webinars, you will need to bring in over 500 people to sign up and take part using a Facebook ads campaign.
Sign up for the webinar is via a long quiz and this has a better completion rate than via a landing page (over 50%).
Because of our quiz, people are more likely to remember that they signed up for the webinar because they’ve spent at least 5 minutes “with us” during sign up. We also have an average show-up rate of over 50%. Of the over 500 people who sign up for the webinar, about 250 will take part live.
In your second month with us, we’re going to be organizing 2 free webinars a week. You’ll need to continue bringing in over 500 signups to the two weekly seminars.
We’ll probably continue like this for 2 months with 2 seminars per week, after which we’ll increase to 3 webinars a week. Ideally, you’ll be able to scale up the number of participants from 500 to 1000 in the first 3 months of our collaboration.
We need you to make a budget plan and tell us how you intend to reach these objectives and the budget you’ll need.
If your plan works for us, then we can talk about a payment package.
Many agencies use a model with a percentage of the advertising budget. For example, we spend US $10,000 on Facebook and the agency’s fee is 10%, 12% or 15% of that budget. We don’t know where this model comes from but it’s clear that it only encourages us to spend more. It has no correlation with results. We don’t want to use this model. However, we can discuss a fixed monthly sum and a “success fee” for meeting objectives. But we’d also be establishing the consequences if you did not meet the targets.
If you’re really in a position to help us, we’re certain we’ll reach an agreement over remuneration. We want us all to be on the same page so we can work together.
