We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist enthusiastic about contributing to a project that will enhance the lives of millions of children in the UK and USA
Patrick Ney,
Lead Trainer

If you enjoy engaging with people, have sales experience, and are passionate about empowering the next generation of parents, this message is for you. We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

If this opportunity isn’t for you, you could still earn $500 by referring someone suitable. Read on to learn more about how you can contribute to our mission.

Here is what I want to talk to you about:
1) Our Back Story and how All About Parenting has changed over time
2) What kind of person we are looking for
3) How to apply
1) Our Back Story and how All About Parenting has changed over time

In the past 5 years the All About Parenting team have organised over 2000 free seminars, conferences and intensive workshops for more than 250,000 parents from around the world.

It might look like we’ve come a long way, but what we have achieved so far is very little compared to what we want to do in the next 10 years.

Three years from now, we want to be operating in more than 30 countries. We realize that it’s a pretty crazy objective for a team as small as ours, but that just spurs us on even more.

Our vision is to inspire a critical mass of parents around the world to learn All About Parenting – then inspire other parents to do the same.

Unfortunately, schooling doesn’t always prepare us for day-to-day life. We’ve ended up believing that there is no need or it’s not normal to learn about how to raise a fulfilled child.

There’s nothing that impacts as much on our lives as the parent-child relationship (a.k.a. parenting). This is why we’ve decided to make it our team’s mission.

We want to make parents around the world feel that learning about the parent-child relationship (parenting) is as normal as taking driving lessons before getting behind the wheel.

We don’t think it’s fair that you spend more time learning how to drive than you do about raising a child who is, after all, a future adult.

Still, perhaps the most satisfying work in developing All About Parenting as an organisation is seeing that what we created in Romania is becoming popular abroad and is changing the lives of parents who don’t speak Romanian, Poles, Canadians, Brits, Germans, Russians and, last but not least, Azeris.

Meet our Lead Trainer, Patrick Ney

Patrick Ney is the father of 2 wonderful girls and is one of the most active parenting experts in Poland.

Patrick is the Lead Trainer at All About Parenting, the only parenting methodology based on the latest research in the science of motivation, such as Self-Determination Theory. He has several international accreditations as a Facilitator, Coach and Trainer.

What we want to achieve with All About Parenting, moving forward

It might look like we’ve come a long way, but what we have achieved so far is very little compared to what we want to do in the next 10 years.

Three years from now, we want to be operating in more than 30 countries. We realize that it’s a pretty crazy objective for a team as small as ours, but that just spurs us on even more.

Our vision is that by inspiring a “critical mass” of parents around the world to choose to learn All About Parenting, they will then inspire other parents to do the same.

We want to change this perception in the collective mentality.

And this is where you come in.

2) What kind of person we are looking for

The person we’re looking for has already done a lot of similar work and should be a people person with excellent English speaking and writing skills.

We are looking someone who is empathic towards parents issues, but is assertive, clear and firm in their answers.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Calling customers who joined the programme (welcome call, 2nd call – based on a procedure/script)
  • Answer to customer emails (daily activity hours – flexible -to be agreed upon)
  • Answer FaceBook Ads comments (Wall and Messenger)
  • Feedback & reporting on your KPIs
  • Offer technical support to clients who need help with accessing or navigating our online platforms
  • Create an overall great customer experience, from the way you write and speak to the quality and speed of your answers
3) How to apply

And now, if the description above matches you and you want to contribute to a new generation of Parents who raise their children differently, here’s what you have to do to apply:

1) Click on the link below and fill out the form there.

2) If you get the thumbs up, we’ll ask you to book a 30-minute online interview.

3) If, after this interview we consider that you are the right person, then you’ll have to take a practical test.

4) If the practical test is convincing us that your are the right person for our team, you’ll meet one of our Team Managers for detailed discussions

5) If everything looks good, then it will be the start of a beautiful working relationship.

So, if you tick all of the boxes above, please do apply because I can’t wait to meet you!
P.S. Reward offered! 🙂

Recommend one person that you consider suitable for this position and we’ll reward your help. If we hire that person, you’ll receive a commission of $500.

No strings attached.

We’ve paid various sums of money to headhunters before – this is why we think it’s better for this money to go to someone who follows us in the parenting community.

So far, we’ve paid out $500 ten times and I hope to do it again soon.
